HR Transformation Manager

Trustfund Pensions Limited a leading Pension Fund Administrator (PFA) in Nigeria needs an HR Transformation Manager.

A professional responsible for leading and managing organizational change, improvement, and innovation. His/Her primary goal would be to transform the organization, its processes, and culture to achieve  Trustfund’ strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities:

1. Strategic planning: Develops and implements transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.
2. Change management: Leads cultural and operational changes, ensuring minimal disruption.
3. Process improvement: Identifies and optimizes business processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Innovation: Fosters innovation and implements new technologies, tools, or methodologies.
5. Stakeholder engagement: Communicates transformation goals and progress to stakeholders.
6. Team leadership: Guides cross-functional teams through transformation initiatives.
7. Risk management: Mitigates risks associated with HR transformation efforts.
8. Monitoring and evaluation: Tracks progress, identifies areas for improvement.

Requirements.

• Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is an added advantage.
• Proven experience as a Transformation Manager with a minimum of 10 years’ experience.

Certifications for Transformation Managers:

1. Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management
2. Lean Six Sigma certifications
