Ijeoma P. Mfon-Umoh

Ijeoma P. Mfon-Umoh leads the Compliance Team in Trustfund Pensions Limited. She had a brief stint in IT and got a Certificate of Proficiency in Information Systems Management. Ijeoma has a wide-ranging experience in the financial services sector having worked with the defunct Express Discount Limited (EDL) before transiting to the Nigerian Pension Industry since 2005.  Prior to joining Trustfund, she was Chief Compliance Officer with the Nigerian University Pension Management Company Limited (NUPEMCO) and FCMB Pensions Limited at various times.

Her roles while in the industry have spanned key functions such as Executive Support, Investment, Benefits Administration and Compliance management. Ijeoma is skilled in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. She has received extensive trainings ranging from industry-specific to Team Building and Leadership Development programs.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and a Master of Science in Industrial Sociology and Personnel Management from reputable Nigerian Universities.
