Front Desk Officer
Trustfund Pensions Limited, a leading Pension Fund Administrator (PFA) in Nigeria, is seeking to employ a young, smart, and customer-focused Front Desk Officer. The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and stakeholders, ensuring professional reception experience, effective communication, and efficient handling of enquiries.
JOB TITLE: Front Desk Officer
LOCATION: Abuja
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Administration, Mass Communication, Social Sciences, or related discipline.
- 0–2 years’ experience (NYSC completed).
- Candidate should not be more than 27 years old.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Well-groomed, courteous, organized, and detail oriented.
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in clients, visitors, and stakeholders.
- Receive, welcome, and direct visitors appropriately in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond promptly to client enquiries, requests, and complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
- Always maintain a positive image of the organization.
- Receive and route incoming calls to appropriate departments.
- Handle general email enquiries and official correspondence professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, visits, and follow-ups.
