Position: Regional Manager – Northwest
Department: Business Development & Marketing
Location: Kaduna Regional office
Coverage: Kaduna, Katsina, Brinnin Kebbi, Sokoto, Kano, and Zamfara.
Job Summary
The Regional Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, market penetration, and brand visibility across the North Central regions.
The role requires strategic leadership, strong relationship management, and the ability to deliver sustainable growth in line with the Company’s corporate objectives and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional business development and marketing strategies aligned with corporate goals.
- Drive RSA, Micro Pension, Personal Pension Plan and other approved product growth across assigned regions.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate regional marketing and relationship management teams.
- Build and sustain strategic relationships with corporate clients, government institutions, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor regional performance metrics and ensure achievement of set targets.
- Ensure full compliance with PENCOM regulations and internal policies.
- Prepare and submit periodic management and performance reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or any related discipline.
- A master’s degree and/or relevant professional certifications (e.g. CIM, MBA) will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 8–10 years’ cognate experience in business development and marketing, with at least 4 years in a managerial role, preferably within the pension, financial services, or related sector.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
