Position: Business Development & Marketing Executive
Department: Business Development & Marketing
Location: Lagos (Ikoyi, Ikeja, Yaba, Amuwo Odofin, Lekki, Apapa and Ikorodu)
Role Overview
The successful candidates will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, increasing market share, deepening client relationships, and promoting the Company’s pension products in line with corporate growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive RSA registrations and Micro Pension growth initiatives.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within Lagos and surrounding areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and retail clients.
- Conduct presentations, client engagements, and marketing campaigns.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets.
- Provide regular market intelligence and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with PENCOM regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
For Experienced Candidates:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 3–7 years’ experience in business development, marketing, or financial services.
- Candidate should not be more than 36 years old.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
For Entry-Level / Inexperienced Candidates:
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum of Second-Class Lower).
- 0–2 years’ experience (NYSC completed).
- Candidate should not be more than 27 years old.
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, and financial services.
- High energy, confidence, and willingness to learn.
