Finance Officer

Trustfund Pensions Limited, a leading and reputable Pension Fund Administrator (PFA) in Nigeria, invites applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and result-oriented professionals to fill the position of Finance Officer.

Location: Abuja

 

Job Summary

The Finance Officer will support the Finance Department in managing financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, reconciliation, and internal control processes in line with regulatory standards and best practices within the pension industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and schedules.
  • Perform bank and general ledger
  • Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies.
  • Support audit processes (internal and external).
  • Maintain proper documentation of financial records.
  • Monitor payables, receivables, and general ledger activities.
  • Assist in tax computations and statutory remittances.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA ) is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years relevant experience.
  • Preferably in a financial institution or Pension Fund Administrator (PFA).
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Knowledge of financial modeling and analysis is desirable.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • High level of integrity, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
