Augustine Adukwu Aruwa, M.Sc., ACA, CISA is a highly skilled and experienced Internal Audit and Control professional with over a decade of cross-sector experiences which cut across Pension, Banking, Power, IT, and Professional Audit Sectors.

He is an alumnus of Madonna University, Okija, Anambra State, where he earned a B.Sc. in Accounting, and holds an M.Sc. in Accounting and Finance from Nasarawa State University, Keffi.

Augustine possesses strong expertise in Risk-Based Auditing, Internal Control Design, Corporate Governance Frameworks, IT Audit, Regulatory Compliance, Financial Controls, and Process Optimization. He is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA – ISACA).

He currently heads the Internal Control and  Audit  Department of the Company, where he leads the implementation of robust control frameworks and drives operational excellence across the organisation.
