Customer Service Officer

We are seeking young, intelligent Customer Service Officers for our call centre. Applicants must be fluent in at least one of the following Nigerian languages: Igbo, Yoruba, or Hausa.
Location : Abuja
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to either speak Igbo, Yoruba or Hausa fluently.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide information about our services.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in social science or any relevant qualification.
- Candidate must not be more than 27 years old as at 31st July 2026.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the financial sector.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
