Mr. Okoji Cyril joined Trustfund Pensions Limited with over 22 years of post-graduation experience, spanning both the public and private sectors, including 16 years of impactful service in Nigeria’s pensions industry.

Before joining Trustfund, Cyril served as Head of ICT at First Guarantee Pension Limited, where he led strategic technology initiatives that enhanced operational efficiency and digital service delivery. He later transitioned to Access Pensions, where he played a pivotal role in the successful consolidation of member data from First Guarantee Pension and Sigma Pensions into the newly formed AccessARM Pension- a landmark integration in the Nigerian pensions landscape.

Cyril holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Computer Science from the Institute of Management & Technology (IMT), Enugu, and is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School, having completed the Management Advancement Programme (MAP).

He is deeply passionate about software development, with expertise in hardware and software automation across multiple platforms and technologies. His technical proficiency is complemented by a strategic mindset, enabling him to align IT solutions with business goals effectively.

Cyril is a certified IT professional, a registered member of the Computer Professionals Registration Council of Nigeria (CPN), and an active member of the Nigeria Computer Society (NCS)- the premier association for IT professionals in Nigeria. These affiliations reflect his commitment to advancing technology and innovation within the financial services sector.
