Ebere Amos has over 23 years’ experience in Business Operations, Finance, Pension Administration, Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Management across financial and non-financial institutions.  

He currently serves as Head, Contributions Management & Enrolment at Trustfund Pensions Limited, where he drives operational efficiency, and customer-centric innovation in contributions management and enrolment processes. 

Prior to his appointment at Trustfund Pensions Limited, he worked at Ezenwa Okoro & Co. (Chartered Accountants) and Nigerian Mobile Telecommunications Limited (Mtel), where he contributed to strengthening internal control and audit processes/ accountability of organisations; financial management and improved customer management for business growth.  

He joined Trustfund Pensions Limited in 2008. With his cross-functional skills, he successfully led teams in Operations, Finance, Business Development, and Marketing, demonstrating resourcefulness before attaining his current position as Head of Contributions Management and Enrolment. 

He holds a B.Sc. in Finance & Banking from the University of Port Harcourt and MBA from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He is also an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA), Associate of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (Chartered), and Associate of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered). 

During his career, he has attended advanced courses in Leadership, Finance, Business Operations & Strategy, and Marketing Management at Lagos Business School and Business School Netherlands among others, equipping himself with global perspectives and modern management practices.
