Ebere Amos is the Head, Contributions Management & Enrolment Department, of TrustFund Pensions Limited. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Finance & Banking from the University of Port Harcourt and a Master of Business Administration from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He is an Associate of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (Chartered), an Associate of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered), and a Member of the Institute of Development Administration of Nigeria.

Ebere Amos has over 20 years of experience in Business Operations, Pension Contribution Management, Business Development & Marketing, and Customer Management roles in financial and non-financial services institutions.

Prior to his appointment at TrustFund Pensions Limited, he worked at Ezenwa Okoro & Co. (a firm of Chartered Accountants) and Nigerian Mobile Telecommunications Limited (MTel), where he provided inclusive leadership and direction for the customer management team.

He joined TrustFund Pensions Limited in 2008 as Team Lead, Collections, in the Operations Department. He also worked in the Finance and Business Development & Marketing departments as Unit Head, Operations & Fund Accounts Reconciliation, and as Business Manager.

He has also attended several courses in Leadership, Finance, Business Operations & Strategy, and Marketing Management at Lagos Business School and Business School Netherlands, respectively.
