Emuesiri E. Oshodi

Emuesiri E. Oshodi (ACIPM) is a Licensee and member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria and a graduate of the prestigious University of Benin, Benin City, where she obtained her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in English and Literature in 1992, and an MBA in 1999.

She joined the services of TrustFund Pensions Limited in 2005 as a pioneer member of staff, serving as Lead, Private Sector, in the Business Development and Marketing Directorate. She also led the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team between 2012 and 2019, where she developed a 360-degree Customer Relationship Model for the company. She has since headed several other departments, including the NSITF Department, and currently serves as Head, Customer Support Services Department.

She possesses an extensive background of over 25 years in Financial Management Services, ICT, and Pension Fund Administration & Management, spanning Operations, Business Development, and Marketing in various banks and ICT firms.

Emuesiri has negotiated businesses and closed deals, managed big-ticket accounts, and maintained a consistent record of reducing costs and providing short- and long-term usage planning. She has expertise in reporting and analysis, outstanding presentation skills, and strengths in manpower development, leadership, coaching, and mentoring.

She is an alumna of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, an Ivy League institution, where she is an Aresty Scholar and holds a Certificate of Professional Diploma (CPD). She has also participated in executive leadership courses at Columbia Business School, New York; the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University (Evanston, Chicago, Illinois); and several others in the United Kingdom, Abuja, and the Lagos Business School (LBS).

She is an avid reader, social media enthusiast, photographer, and creative writer who brings an unbridled drive for strong relationship management and a passion for customer centrism.
