Mr. Uche Ihechere is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Trustfund Pensions Limited. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. Hons.) degree in Accountancy and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Mr. Ihechere has built an extensive and distinguished career spanning finance, pensions administration, auditing, business leadership and corporate management. He has served in various capacities in reputable institutions, including the Financial Institutions Training Center (FITC) and FCMB Pensions Limited. Before he was appointed Managing Director/CEO of Trustfund Pensions Limited, he served as Executive Director, Finance & Benefits Administration of the Company. He also previously held the position of CFO at Legacy Pension Managers Limited.

A highly accomplished professional with strong expertise in finance, strategy, leadership and technology-driven business solutions, Mr. Ihechere has attended several local and international executive development programmes and professional courses with reputable institutions. These include the London Business School, Terry College of Business, University of Georgia, Atlanta; Business School of the University of Pretoria, South Africa, Wharton, University of Pennsylvania, Lagos Business School etc.
