Olalekan Olutekunbi
Olalekan Olutekunbi is a seasoned customer service and relationship management professional with over two decades of experience in the Telecommunications and Pension Fund Administration Sectors. He began his career with Nigerian Mobile Telecommunications (Mtel) and joined Trustfund Pensions Limited in 2008, where he has headed key units within the Contributions Management & Enrolment, Human Resources, and Customer Service Departments.
A graduate of Economics from the University of Ilorin, Olalekan has undertaken trainings at Lagos Business School, Phillips Consulting, and Nexford University. He is known for his leadership, innovation, and passion for service excellence, driving impactful initiatives that enhance customer experience and organizational performance.
