TIJANI, MURITALA IBIYODE holds a National Diploma from Federal Polytechnic Offa, B.Sc Degree in Accounting and has a Masters in Business Administration with specialization in Finance from Lagos State University; he is also a Graduate of the Chartered Institute of Administration, Senior Affiliate of Chartered Risk Management Institute of Nigeria and Doctoral Fellow of Chartered Institute of Human Resources Management.

Tijani has over 18 years working experience spanning across Financial and non-Financial Institutions.

He has worked in various organizations at different levels including Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund and Bhojsons Plc before joining Trustfund Pensions Plc in May 2008. Since joining Trustfund Pensions Plc., He has worked in the NSITF Department before his current stay in the Benefits Department.

Tijani is a veteran in Benefit Administration with good exposure and sufficient experience in the management of Benefits and Customer Relationship Management.

Tijani has both numerate and analytical skills. He commands great passion for excellence and has high leadership qualities.

Tijani has delivered term papers at several trainings, seminars, workshops and attended several C-suite trainings both locally and internationally.
