Victoria Thompson is the Head of Risk Management at Trustfund Pensions. She has over a decade of experience in risk management, investment portfolio oversight, and operational risk governance.

 

Prior to joining Trustfund in 2013, Victoria held various management roles across the financial services sector and FMCG industry, where she gained extensive experience in treasury management, portfolio management, research, and business development. She has since developed deep expertise in enterprise‑wide risk management and its application to achieving organizational goals within prescribed standards.

 

Victoria holds a Master’s degree in Investment Management from Cass Business School, London (City University), and a BSc (Hons) in Economics from Bowen University, Iwo, Osun State, Nigeria. She has attended reputable executive training programmes at the Lagos Business School, gaining vast knowledge in strategic planning and integrated risk management that supports corporate performance. She is an Affiliate member of the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) and an Associate member of the Risk Management Association of Nigeria (RIMAN).
